Our Implementor Program
The support you’ve been trying to hire for. Most assistant relationships fail not because of the person but because of the missing infrastructure around them. This program is designed to solve that.
A dedicated Implementor, the right tools, and the operational foundation to make it stick.
Your Implementor is a real person, hand-selected from our network, trained in the right tools, and equipped with an operational strategy built specifically for you. They bring human judgment, practical skill, and genuine investment in your work. The systems we build around them mean that when they show up, everything is already in place for them to flow.
Human-Led, Tech-Assisted.
Your Implementor is a real person. A strategic thinker, a problem-solver, someone who genuinely shows up for your work.
We equip them with the best tools available (including AI) so they can do more with less and your investment goes further. The technology amplifies what they bring without replacing it, which we know technology never will.
We’re always transparent about what we’re using and how, and we commit to meeting you at your comfort level with any tools we bring into your workflows.
Our goal is to give you 10-15 hours of your week back.
Most purpose-driven leaders face the same paradox: you need support to free up your time, but you don’t have the time to onboard, train, and manage someone new. That bottleneck is why most assistant relationships don’t make it past six months.
Our Implementor Program exists to solve that. We bridge the gap between high-level vision and daily execution by pairing you with a dedicated Implementor and building the operational systems around them from day one. You get a human to work with and a foundation that holds.
Guided by humans, powered by AI.
Strategic Operational Oversight
We ensure that the workflows built for your organization are scalable and aligned with your mission, even as that shifts, every step of the way.
Institutional Memory
You aren’t just getting a new team member; you are getting our strategy and process implementation. If your Implementor ever needs to transition, the systems stay with you.
Impact Over Hours
Your time is your most valuable asset. Our Implementors are trained to use the right tool for the right job, compressing hours of work into high-impact execution. That focus on results is why we use a flat-rate model, so that you invest in the outcome.
Our Implementors are people, not a service.
We select our Implementors with care from our network in the Philippines, invest in their training, and structure stay-at-home work environments that are eligible for quarterly performance-based raises. Full-time Implementors receive culturally-informed benefits, including medical stipends, technology support, and 13th-month pay.
We believe the people doing this work should be able to grow in it, and that’s built into how we operate. This is what ethical staffing looks like in practice.
Your Implementor
Every Implementor is hand-selected from our network, vetted for high-level English proficiency, and trained on your tech stack before they ever join your team.
Support is structured around your priorities and outlined in your contract. Areas of support can include:
- General Administrative: Calendar management, travel logistics, expense tracking, and ownership of your project management system.
- Marketing Support: Social media management and posting across platforms, content calendar development, newsletter creation, and cold email campaign management.
- Development Support: Serving as a bridge between you and your board, donors, or staff. Drafting donor communications and annual impact statements.
- Grant Management: Tracking submission deadlines, board meeting prep, and program milestone monitoring.
Part-time engagements run 10-20 hours per week. Full-time engagements run 30-40 hours per week. Scope is determined together during Phase 1 so you go into the placement knowing exactly what your Implementor will carry.
