How is this different from hiring a VA directly?
When you hire directly, you carry the systems-building, the onboarding, and the ongoing management. We do all of that before your Implementor ever starts — so they step into something solid.
What if my client already has some systems in place?
Good — we start from where they are. Phase 1 is an assessment, not a blank slate. If systems exist, we build on them. If they do not, we create them. Either way, we tailor to the actual org.
What happens if the Implementor is not a good fit?
Our 30/60/90-day evaluation process is designed to catch friction early. If something is not working, we address it together — and if we need to find a better match, we will.
What time zone will the Implementor be in?
Our Implementors work from the Philippines, 12-13 hours ahead of US Eastern time. We build scheduling and real-time availability into Phase 1 so it is designed into the workflow from the start.
Is this right for a solo consultant or small team?
Yes. Some of our strongest partnerships have been with sole proprietors and teams of two to five. The model meets you where you are — not where you hope to be.
