The Strategic Partners (SPs) project is designed to address the “management bottleneck” that often causes traditional Virtual/Executive Assistant relationships to fail within six months.

SPs move beyond providing a simple “pair of hands” by delivering a system-based solution that pairs a human Executive Assistant, hand-selected from our network in the Philippines, with custom Strategic strategy.

These Partners are systems experts, trained in modern efficiency specific to your sector. They leverage a tailored toolkit—from human logic to AI assistants—to transform administrative tasks.

Your Virtual Strategic Partner

The candidate presented for the identified role will be hand-selected from our network in the Philippines, vetted for high-level English proficiency, and trained on your tech stack (and other additional tools as identified in the first 90-days.)

To ensure total clarity, the partnership will be structured around prioritized areas of support outlined in the contract, which could include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • General Administrative: Calendar management, travel logistics, and expense tracking. Ownership of project management system(s).
  • Marketing Support: Social media calendar & content drafting, newsletter creation, cold email marketing strategy management.
  • Development Support: Serving as a professional bridge between the client and the Board, donors, or staff. Drafting donor thank-you notes and annual impact statements.
  • Grant Management: Tracking deadlines for grant submissions, board meetings, and program milestones.

We craft your contract, with your goals in mind

After our Discovery Call we’ll get you a draft of our contract that will detail the contract length & payment terms. You’ll review and provide any desired changes, and we’ll get our regular meetings on the books!
