Getting Great Ideas Off The Ground

Impactful
Startup Consulting Services

We’re working on systemic change, from the ground (water)💧up.

What we do isn’t simple or straightforward.  This is not urgent work; it’s mindful, dynamic & impactful.

Organic, sustainable growth begins with a systems thinking approach. We nurture the roots & cultivate the soil with our services so your project can bloom brilliantly.

Our Values

Triple Creeks nurtures a related, transparent, inclusive, and empathetic work culture. The Triple Creeks team embodies the cool waters that the brand suggests. We not only smother the fires of unhealthy work spaces, but also build tools to prevent more from happening. With this deep sense of relatedness, our team shows up as engaged, honest, and caring towards each other and our clients. We work to embody these organizational values:

Adaptability

We work with you to streamline & analyze existing systems, workflows and technology solutions, identifying places to grow and make work more efficient, sustainable and relevant in changing times.

Stewardship

Our work is informed by organic, symbiotic systems. We like best to work within sectors that create meaningful change, leaving the planet better than we inherited it.

Equity

We are committed to shifting the current cultural paradigm & prioritize working with organizations that share in this commitment. We work – on ourselves, and — with you to resist the “urgency” and perfectionism of capitalist, patriarchal, and white supremacist culture.

Our Commitment to Cultivating an Inclusive Work Culture

Triple Creeks nurtures a related, transparent, inclusive, and empathetic work culture. The Triple Creeks team embodies the calm waters that the brand suggests; our waters smother the fires we often find ourselves in in harmful work environments. With this deep sense of relatedness, our team shows up as engaged, honest, and caring towards each other and our clients.

The Story Behind
Our Name & Imagery

The name and imagery of Triple Creeks is inspired by a small corner of land in Western North Carolina, that has a place where three creeks come together. This land is called Triple Creeks Convergence, a peaceful coming together to create something beautiful. In the same way, our consulting work also embodies this convergence — one of values, realities, and revolutionaries.

Hi, I’m Hayz. I have been working in marketing, handling events, providing client services, administration, purchasing, and operations for several years. I have worked in property investment companies and schools internationally and locally.

I have learned a lot from the people around me and my many positions. Often, people get confused between the words effective and efficient.  I make an effort to clearly understand how to perform with both qualities.

I consistently aim to have initiative in designing and streamlining business processes, reducing costs without compromising quality, and improving systems.

My ultimate goal is to make my life easy and hopefully influence others to practice simplicity.

Hi friends! I’m Sera Deva, Founder & Consultant here at Triple Creeks Consulting. I spent many years managing & directing nonprofits & businesses who struggled with operational barriers to achieving their goals. Throughout this process, I found mentors who guided me to use critical thinking and practical solutions in solving common problems that apply to every business and nonprofit on the planet.

I also learned the only work I want to do is work that is aligned with my values and brings me joy; and that’s all I would ever want for anyone. Having explored all kinds of different tactics with a huge variety of clients, employers, and mentors; one thing is clear:

With simple changes and clear steps, we can easily transform challenging work situations into the highest expression of how we want it to be. By taking this action in our own businesses and organizations, we can be the change we want to see in the wider world.

Where am I going? Vamos a ver. And it will be beautiful.

I’m Jas, an ethical copywriter, messaging strategist and content writer. My specialism is writing for social and environmental impact. I believe words connect people and the stories we tell can help shape a kinder, fairer and more inclusive world. It’s been 14 years since I first started writing for publication, and my first writing gig was a social justice journalist column in the local paper.

I co-founded Ardea Creative – a people-centred remote branding studio – in 2019. My business partner and I combined her design skills with my copywriting skills to support small businesses, entrepreneurs and social enterprises by creating values-led brands and websites that inspire change. We created our business in Brazil, 2018, launched in Argentina, 2019 and now in 2022 I am heading Ardea Creative alone from the UK!

I also offer group training and 1-1 mentorships in ethical copywriting and marketing. In my time away from work, you’ll find me resting a lot; spending time in nature, sea swimming, reading novels or poetry, and hanging out with friends. I manage chronic illness so I am always learning more about the importance of rest, pacing, boundaries, and work/life balance.

Hi friends! I’m Nicole Cone. I am originally from the Montgomery, AL area where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Huntingdon College. I was an in-house Corporate Tax Accountant for about 7.5 years before starting my own digital bookkeeping company, CONEsulting, and moving to Saskatchewan, Canada with my husband in May 2013.

My team and I provide caring & holistic bookkeeping services for systemically-excluded professionals, allowing them to focus on what really matters within their organizations and communities. I’m happy to partner with my clients as their conscientious and caring bookkeeping CONEsultant. I work from home with the best office managers: a dog named Bruce Wayne and 2 kiddos whom I also homeschool. I love gaming and I’m considered the mom to my online family where I’ve led a small group since 2007.

I have been working in the nonprofit, university and for profit sectors for the past 11 years in the areas of strategic planning, program and project management, facilitation and training, communications, policy and organization development. I started my career with the Federation of Child Care Centers of Alabama, a child care advocacy organization started in Selma in the 1970s to provide equal opportunity access to early care and education in rural communities.

Later, I transitioned from child care to food – directing the food policy council at the EAT South urban farm in Montgomery, AL, coordinating a tri-county community food assessment in Lowndes, Macon and Montgomery counties, serving on national and state-level food policy advisory committees and later co-creating the educational programming for Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working Group.

Today I am a valued consulting partner with select organizations and companies where I have established a record of success. I serve in a variety of strategic roles including executive coaching, facilitation, staff and board development, change management and training and technology solutions. I have a BA in Spanish from Howard University, a JD with a Public Interest Certificate from the University of Alabama School of Law, and a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney.
